The Great War: Western Front is an upcoming WW1 RTS game from Petroglyph and Frontier Foundry. The title is coming to PC in a few days, and we finally have more technical details about the release. Here are the official Great War Western Front System Requirements.

The above requirements target 1080p, and we’re a bit surprised by how demanding the title is. If you’re looking to play the ultra-high preset at 1080p and are hoping to get 60 FPS, you’ll need something like a Ryzen 7 2700 paired with a GTX 1080.
Apart from that, 16 GB of RAM is recommended, and you need a total of 13 GB of free space to install the title, and an SSD is recommended no matter what settings you play at.
1440p and 4K
If you’re looking to go a bit higher, though, the developers have also shared requirements for 1440p and 4K, which you can check out below.

As you can see, these are pretty steep, and if you’re planning to play on a 4K monitor, you’ll need something like a Ryzen 9 5900X paired with an RTX 3090.
The developers did mention FSR 1.0, but there isn’t any indication that this will include DLSS.
The Great War Western Front Release Date
The game is coming to computer we 30th March 2023. You can now pre-order it on PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store.
